At Palms Luxury Apartments, we feel your pets are members of our extended family, so we strive to make them feel right at home. Cats and dogs are welcome! For each pet, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $250, a refundable pet deposit of $250 and pet rent of $50 per month for the first pet or $80 per month for two pets.
